Hi girls,
I can't believe I have reached the 12 week mark already! It seems to have gone so quick this time.
Morning sickness is just starting to ease, but I do still have times when I really feel like I am going to be sick (never been sick, just usually nautious all the time).
Spots are starting to disappear now too. Hoping they don't come back, that's one symptom that I really do hate. Anyone else get spots when pregnant? I didn't with my 2 boys, but did with dd, so hoping this is a sign of another girl.
Bump is starting to show quite a bit now, and have started to wear my first pair of maternity trousers. I only have 2 pairs of normal trousers that fit me, and I was lucky enough to find a really lovely pair of trousers for a bargain £7 in the Next Clearance shop.
Still no sign of a scan date yet. I will be ringing the hospital weekly to find out when it will be. I am starting to worry now. The nearer it is to the date I get given the appointment (they said it could be just a few days before), the less likely it is that OH will be able to get the time off at short notice. Trouble is, they are now doing the routine bloods at the same appointment (usually done by midwife at surgery), and last pregnancy when having bloods taken I nearly fainted and couldn't do anything for the rest of the day because I felt so weak. This means that there is no way that I am going to drive myself to the hospital, so hoping and praying that OH will be able to get the time off. Not sure what to do otherwise (haven't told family yet).
Getting the odd fluttering just below my tummy button now. Such a lovely feeling.
Sorry for the waffling. Just excited to get to this stage already.
