"12 week" scan first thing in the morning

I am 100% over the moon I've wen bleeding so so much during this pregnancy I bled for 2 weeks straight then stopped and bled for another 4 days. Then bled again 2 days ago and still spotting now - they said they couldn't find the reason so I must have a aggravated cervix what ever that is lol
