What jabs should they be getting at 12 months? I thought it was the normal boosters at 12 months and then the MMR at 13 months, but I had a letter through saying I had to take him for ALL of them next week. Is this right? Do they just do them all in one go?

hiya jack just had his today and he just had
Hib/ Men C and she said he had to wait a month and then have MMR (1st) and PCV

hope that helps.. but she said he defently shouldnt have them all at once..

Thanks Claire. I've made an appointment for Tuesday so I'll ask the nurse before he has them. I don't know if I'd be happy with him having all of them in one go. The letter says they're for Diptheria, Tetanus, Whooping Cough, Polio, Measles, Mumps, Rubella, HIB and Meningitis C - seems like a lot to put into a little boy in one go

yeah it sounds like from my red book, that that would be the ones he has at 12 months and the ones he should have at 13 months which does seem too much. so id defently ask first. coz the nurse we had said that there had to be a month wait between the 2.. dont know why though.

Snap!!! Libby had her Hib/MenC booster this morning too....then in in a month for MMR & PCV.

Sorry to hijack MB.....Claire, how is Jack after his jab? Libby wasn't fazed by the jab itself, but is a bit grizzly this afternoon (for nanna  )
