1-3 & 21 day bloods, same cycle ?.

It says testing for, and then in the box it says HX first at the top then underneath it says LH, FSH ?. x

Maybe see if they'll do you amh as well? It gives an idea of egg reserves, although best to combine that with an antral follicle scan for the full picture. Of course that's no guarantee of egg quality which appears to be my problem.

Oh Syd that's so exciting, I hope you get some super eggs hun. How many goes at aIVF will you have?. I was reading that donor eggs are supposed to give much higher percentage of success, but to be honest I really don't know whether I would be happy with that. xx

My oh won't go for donor eggs and it wouldn't be covered by my health insurance. The only reason we can do this is because I have cover.

We'll only do one fresh cycle, if I get any good enough to freeze and this round doesn't work then I'll do a frozen cycle but I'm not going to keep putting my body through this at my age. Just praying I still have a decent egg left in there.

I honestly do not know what hx is in that case, let us know when you find out!

I don't blame him as I too would find it hard to get my head around using donor eggs, I would forever be thinking that the baby wasn't mine. I'm rooting for you Syd, I really hope you have a top quality egg. Are you taking melatonin. ?, it's highly recommended for IVF cycles as it improves egg quality. x

Hi Lil my consultant also tested Oestradiol on Day 3 as it indicates how accurate the FSH result is.
