Zinc supplement

I take 30mg Zinc & 400mg Folic.
Is it ok to take both together?
Would zinc stop ovulation or help it?
I have started drinking Grapefruit juice day 15 (im now on day 17), i usually ovulate day 17 or 18. I have had not had one single postivie OPK temps are hoovering around the same too..
Im worried now my bodys not ovulating and not trying too either. Cervix is medium height firm or medium and not really open either..but cm has been watery last 2 days

I think it's fine. you are only on day 17.

Zinc is meant to be really good for fertility. Definitely keep taking both xx
