OH has said I can have a lighterweight buggy for travelling as we're to and from the in laws in Holland quite a bit. I'm swithering between the two above. I like the Zia because it reclines but the colours seem quite limited. I like the Zapp's colours but I don't like the fact it doesn't recline. It's also a bit more expensive. I've had a play with them both and they seem to handle quite similarly. As you can probably tell I'm inept at making decisions

i had the exact same debate with myself a few weeks ago.
i opted for the zia as abigail still has a nap in the day so i wanted her to be comfy and able to lie down.
the colours are limited BUT u can dress them up with snuggle buggies or footmuffs.
i have a strawberry zia with a black and white cow print snuggle muff x

we bought the zapp for Seren. We were on hols and her buggy broke so we had to buy a new one and there was a limited choice so we got the zapp. I am really impressed by the handling and howe small it folds but hate the fact it doesn't recline. If we used a buggy more with Cally I would probably sell it and get the Zia

We have a Zia! Its amazing! I didn't go for the Zapp because it didn't recline and also it didnt have a shopping basket - plus it was more expensive.

Ive had both and Id deffo buy the Zia. It reclines and has a basket :D I got one with a footmuff for £99

My cousin bought a Zia and can't get along with it - she hates the strap at the back which controls the recline and thinks the handles are too low and make it uncomfortable to push. xx

I spent AGES researching this a couple of months ago and a LOT of time in baby shops. The people who worked in the shops I visited told me not to get the Zapp as it was really hard to get up and down. I tried and struggled, and then when OH tried and struggled (he's Mr Practical) we knew it wasn't going to work out. That coupled with the price tag and the fact the shop assistants said it really was best to get a recliner meant I went back to the drawing board...

THEN someone on here told me about the Petite Star Zia ("fake Quinny" :rotfl: ). It folds up into quarters exactly the same but in literally seconds. It is SO EASY to get up and down. It's got great suspension, is fab round town and takes up a tiny bit of my boot. It even folds up with the buggy snuggle in. Connie has been comfy in it since day one (and she happily sleeps in it reclined).

In fact it's been so fab that four separate people at Baby Groups in Lancaster have seen me putting it up and down and gone out and bought one :rotfl:

EDIT: Yes, the handles are quite low but for me that's a godsend (I'm 5'1"). My MIL is 5'7" and she loves it too - but I suspect if you were taller than that you'd perhaps find it a disadvantage.

The Zia is fab, lies down, has basket and such springy suspension, great for gettin Jam to have a nap lol

only paid £75 for mine
