It's called "The Big Book of Us"
I bought it this week on the first day of our holiday, DH and I both have really crap backgrounds in terms of relationships and we still have times when we can argue with each other and we know we love each other really but can have problems trusting each other.
In fact if you have a great relationship still buy it
Loads of exercises (ok some of the language is a bit airyfairy but ignore it ) that build on what you feel for each other. We did a chapter a day whilst we were away - we'll have to slow it down now we're back but spent a lot of time understanding that actually we're even closer than we thought we were. On a page to discover our core values we answered questions like choose a key moment, what would you do if you won the lottery etc and even doing it seperately we gave identical answers
Our DS now refers to it as our homework, but I'm buying copies of this for presents for all the couples we know at christmas
