I have some natural yogurt in the house that I was gonna add some strawberries too for G, but I was having a look at my weight watchers ones, and the apricot ones actually have less sugar.

Is it wrong to give her WW???

I think babies have to have full fat yogurt don't they? Is the WW full fat? I assume it isn't? I might be wrong tho! X

I'm doing BLW, so it's just for her to lick off the spoon, so I didn't think it would matter when it's not really for nutrition iykwim.

It's advised that strawberries aren't given until a year old!

Be careful with strawberries and yes, babies are supposed to have full fat yoghurt

I wouldn't give the WW.
You can give strawberries before one if there's no history of allergy in your family (ditto nuts), just keep an eye on her for a reaction.

She's had strawberries before, with no reaction. Actually just realised the natural yogurt is low fat too. :(

Oh no :( it's something you can do another time though :)

If u want to give yoghurts u could try rachels organic ones specially for babies- full fat and sweetened with fruit juice, not sugar. My only problem with them is they r quite big portions for early on but I guess u could split it across 2 meals? X

Full fat is best, i just cook down my own fruit and add.a bit to the yoghurt. Didn't think you were meant to give yoghurt/dairy before 6 months tho as can increase chances of an intolerance. May be wrong tho? X

HV said the only thing she can't have before 6minth is gluten. And as there's no real history of allergies in the family, I'm not being too anal about things.

Plus as its BLW, I just load the spoon for her, so not a lot gets in mouth, it's usually down get front before it gets there. Lol

Is the strawberry thing a new one as I had never heard about that before?

Strawberries are a common allergen so just be careful. Any new foods you should watch for reaction. I would give plain yoghurt first and then add fruit.
