I got PROPER braxton hix today.
I never got any at all with my son, and have been having them this time since 28 weeks, but not painful or breath taking at all, I only noticed them cause my bump went hard.
But this morning I had 2 in 10 minutes, my bump went full on rock solid and I had to kinda breath through it a bit because it was something was pushing my stomache out if u no wat i mean.
Oooo how exciiiiting! lol
Is there any actual benefit to having braxton hix or are they just there to telll you what labour will be like?, I had an awful labour with my son and didnt have any braxton hix through the pregnancy...

I also washed all of Poppy's clothes yesterday and put them away all folded this morning, SO cute I was just looking at each sleepsuit for ages going ''awww''.
God this is all getting so real!

Mmmm yeah it was a bit drawn out but all v straightfoward, waters broke at 4am and she was born at 9pm, i was back home on the sofa with a brew and some toast by midnight

2nd one should hopefully be a bit easier for you, i swear everyones 2nd just "appears"!!

Lol I think they must do something for you, like a bit of toning! I would think! I don't mind them
Much! Only had my first one 2 days ago and then not a lot since but I thinktheyre cool x
