Not sure what to do. I went to the toilet and have two tiny dots of yellowish/green discharge. Nothing when I wipe or even check with a tissue. I'm scared to call the midwife cos if she's not in the receptionist asks if there is anything she can help with and I don't really want to say. It's probably nothing but I'm getting a bit upset! Anyone had this? What would you guys do?

are you itchy down there at all it could be thrush and is common to get it during pregnancy x

I can't offer any advice other than try not to worry and call your midwife :) If the receptionist asks, then just say No Thanks!

It's probably absolutely nothing.. pregnant bodies do the weirdest things! But I'd call the midwife to check. Should there be any infection or anything then catching it early is key.. and setting your mind at rest is priceless.

Sending hugs  xxx

No not itchy at all Hun. Just tried to call midwife and got the answering machine. The first midwife I seen gave me the number for the ward which you call if you have spotting, she said to call them if I had any type of spotting again. 11 weeks tomorrow and haven't had spotting since 6 and a half weeks. Need to calm down cos I'm all anxious :(

Aw I'm sure it'll be fine. At worst it might be an infection which can be treated easily enough. Keep trying the midwife I think. Big hugs.xx

Was gonna say the same thing, sounds like thrush...and i can have the d/c sometimes without the itching for a day or two.

very common in pregnancy and easy to treat

Yup, agree with all above :)

Keep trying midwife, try and relax.. xxx

Thank you ladies, means alot to me that I can ask pretty much anything on here. Even if it is TMI lol.
Ok my midwife wasn't there but the receptionist let me talk to another midwife who was lovely. She said if it's just a couple of dots and it's not getting worse then just to leave it. If it gets a bit more, make an appointment with the nurse at the surgery to get checked out. If it turns in to any type of bleeding I've to call back and go up and get checked. So I have a pad on and I'm a bit calmer. Have to go out to an appointment soon though. I just panicked a bit there!

Probably a minor infection hun...dont worry, just get something for it xxx

So glad you're feeling better about it :D Panic at the slightest thing is definitely something I can relate to, but is great to have everyone here to ask for advice. Especially for those TMI moments :D xxx

Yeah hun sounds like an infection, hopefully easily treated with a course of anti-biotics, can you make an appointment to get a swab done? xx

Yeah she said if there's no more just leave the docs just now. I'm on the bus and feeling really emotional :( getting some pains in my lower abdomen now. Probably nothing either but just feeling a bit fragile :(

That could be the infection hun, don't worry though it can be sorted so please don't stress yourself out xx

Thank you :) maybe best just to make an appointment with the nurse for a swab.

Yeah hun do it, even just for own peace of mind xx

Have made an appointment to see the nurse tomorrow. Getting mote concerned cos I'm stuck in town waiting for a bus, it's freezing and the pains are feeling more sharp. :(

Omg ladies I'm so silly! I was wondering why the "discharge" was nearer the front of my pants, right this is really TMI. It was from a huge spot you know beside my hairy bit. Lol I am mortified. I'm not bothered about the pain now! What a carry on I was having.....sorry lol. Need to cancel that appointment now! Away to call the men in white coats to come for me!!!! ;)

Awww glad you've found the source of the problem hun! xx

Lolololol Pinky thank god for that lol glad your ok xx
