Wrist pain

Woke in middle of night to a really sharp pain in the back of my wrist, it was excruiting....died off after a few mins but has been on and off all day, sometimes a throb, someimes sharp pain..


Anyone else had this?? xx

could it be repetitive strain injury? maybe from your mouse or something? i had pains in my right arm from clicking the mouse at work and had to get a mouse mat with a supportive rest on it x

Could it be carpal tunnel syndrome????
The pain is in the undersurface of the wrist, and base of palm, just read a bit about it on Google, and it sounds like it could be that??

it could be you should try and get some wrist supports see if that helps
i hope its better soon

i had it but its not as bad now i was in tears
