Just thought id let you all know that I have been accepted by Bristol Uni to do the midwifery course, so hopefully ill be able to offer all sorts of facts. I start in sept!
Still cant believe it!

YAY well done!

I looked into doing that but the childcare etc put me off :?

Congratulations Faye

How long is the uni course? Is if full time or part time? I am interested in doing a uni course (not MW though!) but not sure if I'd manage to do it and the study etc and look after Olivia (couldn't afford to put Olivia into nursery if I'm not earning)

well done

Lucy

Congrats hun, am sure you will be a fab midwife. Let us know how you are getting on xxxx

the course is 3 years and full time. Most unis have nursaries and most will also offer bursaries (funding) they are all different, i suggest looking at the web page of your local unis and finding out whats on offer. And thank you all for the words of support.
