we have had a post about wot nappies we all use but i was wondering wot kind of wipes we all use!!

i use tesco sensitive non scented

Stuart keeps getting crappy ones in a round tub with the shopping but I sneak out and buy the better ones. He was insistant the thin ones were just as good until I hid the ones I buy - he bought proper ones last week. One to me

anything thats on offer!! I like pampers or johnsons they are always on offer! But got some asda ones to keep at my mums and they are nice fragrance free

If nothings on offer I get the tesco's ones, 2 packs for £1.90 bargain.

When I had Mason the difference in wipes was amazing, the boots ones were the worst I have ever seen, soaking wet and they would tear when you tried to pull one out! you'd end up lots of little bits of wipe instead of a whole one! they were terrible. It was J and J all the way for me then.
Now though I think the own brand ones have really caught up so I use tesco.

I have brought pampers and johnsons to use as all through my pregnancy when I've been out and about i've seen them on offer so picked them up.

i think I can start my own wipe shop soon with the amount i've got!

but like my mum said it's better to be prepared just in case!

You can NEVER have too many wipes, I still use them to wipe Mason's bum and he's 5 in July!

My niece and nephew atill use wipes and there 5 I suppose it's the cleanest way.!

I use reusable wipes at home but when I'm out I use simple baby wipes.

not as yucky as it sounds lol. I have some reusable wipes made from fleece and flannel. I just wet these with water and clean her bum, if it is dirty then I wipe the yucky stuff off with loo roll and then just quickly wash her and put it in my nappy bin. I am not organised enough to have these when I go out though so just use normal unscented wipes. They are great in th house though and save me a lot of money.

Beanie- ah, ok. Do you just use face flannels and scraps of fleece then or are they specific reuseable wipes? Sorry to be dim! I've recently moved onto real nappies when we're at home and just using disposables at night and if we go out and I've been wondering about wipes. Since we have a nappy bucket in operation that would be possible....

Mine are specifically made wipes, just put washable wipes into google and it'll come up with some. I have both flannel and fleece, the flannel are best for pooey bottoms as they get more off. You can easily make your owm from cheap/old flannels etc. Just bung them in your nappy bin when used and wash with nappies. So easy. Which nappies are you using?

I always try and buy unscented ones though.
