Worst Headache in the world!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So I'm at work and I have the worst headache in the world, I have had a cuple of Paracetamol and bought some of the 4head stuff but I can;t shift it, normally I would just go and lay down but obviously ast work I can't!!!

Anyway just thought I would have a whinge!

I had bad headaches in tri 1. I know it can be pretty miserable

Try drinking loads of water as well, that can help x

Oh no hope it buggers off soon for you hun...its one thing having a belter of a headache, but its another when you gotta work with it...i feel your pain hun!! x

I had these to. My mw and stepdad did say try to drink something sweet and have a piece of choc or something cos often they are cause by low blood sugar or dehydration. xxxxxxxxx

Sorry to hear you're feeling poorly hun. I always feel really sorry for myself when I get a headache. I have had a few headaches, feels like I'm hungover Very strange as obviously I haven't touched a drop of alcohol. Hopefully you finish work soon and can go home and have a lie down xxx

Hope you feel better soon! I've had an awful headache myself today, fortunately I could go sleep for a couple of hours. Sometimes I find a cup of tea can help, don't know if it's it's the caffeine, but may be worth a try?

ive had a headache for the past couple days, normally get migranes and was enjoying not getting them so i do sympathise with you x
