Worried :'(

I've poas every other day for a week now. I thought if I did it every other day I'd definitely see a difference in darkness in the line. But there's little/no difference. Todays is no darker than the one before it. And that one is only a tiny bit darker than the one before that. DH said that they probably can't get any darker than that, but I've seen them darker than the control line in previous pregnancies, so I know they go darker than this.
So I'm panicking that my levels aren't rising. I have a blood test today and on Monday, but I want to see the hpts getting darker for extra reassurance until I get those results

So, is this okay? Is it normal? Should there be a bigger difference than this? Help!

They look like great tests to me and strong lines! Try not to worry and wait to see what blood tests show. How come you're having bloods taken? I'm also 5-6 weeks and the 12 week scan just seems so long away. Have been doing the cheapy sticks every other day too for reassurance!!! I'm an addict! Xx

I just asked if I could have bloods checked to make sure hcg is rising as it should.
I know they look really dark but they're not getting darker

you can't go by tests (esp cheapies!) it depends on the batch and how much dye was on each test to start with as to how much of a dark line you will get! As long as they don't get fainter I'm sure you're fine. First tri is always a worry - good luck with your blood tests. Try not to worry about your little bean.
