Well i'm 13 weeks 3 days today and I already want to give up work!!!
Is anyone else feeling like this??
I've been feeling like this for a couple of weeks now, but I was off Tuesday as I booked the evening off as I had my scan that afternoon, for once I was at home to cook a meal for the boys when they got in from school & for the hubby when he came in from work, they all commented on how nice it was to sit as a family & have a meal together on a weekday!
The thing is, now I wanna be able to do it every night!! I cant take maternity leave till I am 29 weeks & will have to return after the baby is born, this too is something I really don't want to do!! I wanna be at home in the evening to bath & put our little one to bed
I know theres hardly any jobs around our area, so trying to find a day job will be near impossible!! But I don't know if we could survive without my wage!
Sorry to moan, just feeling a little down & like i'm really missing out on family life

Sadly no, I wish I could! I just called my hubby on his break, I ended up in tears! Boy i'm an emotional wreck at the moment! He said to calm down & we will sit & do the sums over the weekend to see if we could get by without my wage

You poor thing. I do feel for you. Hopefully you'll find over the weekend that you can manage without your wages!

Thank you Susanne, fingers crossed! But I get a feeling its not gonna be what I want to hear as we have finance on a car

It's our first so were gonna cut back on everything we can so I can take a year off (part unpaid) I am hoping to leave my full time job and find something part time after then. We have no idea if we can afford it but we'll give it a go!!

The car is our biggest worrie as my husband needs it for his job, we still have about a year and a half left on paying it, otherwise I would deffo do the same

I'm lucky my car loan is from my step dad so payments can be halted easily!!
