just a qiuck question??

i keep getting this popping bubbling sensation down below??
i feel really wet afterwards!!

Anyone else had or got this??

Its really strange as there is alot of pressure down there aswell!
it feels so wierd i cant actually explain it lol!
I have been on my birthing ball alot today just gently bouncing up and down and the bubbling got a little stronger!

Ditto! I felt a scrape as DD moved then a pop and waters went. Not a gush at all, just a trickle and I wasnt sure if I'd just went myself. Only knew I hadnt coz I couldnt stop it midflow.

I'd definitely describe it as a 'pop' or 'crack'. I was on a birthing ball too!

it didnt just go pop it sort of bubbles out of me but not alot of it thats why im thinking is it discharge?? sorry if tmi!

oooh another baby on the way! Sounds really promising. I don't have a birthing ball - anything else I can bounce on! The midwife saw me yesterday and suggested 'I work my husband hard' this weekend - eughh! Sounded gross especially with my mum there in the room as well! Good luck and lets hope this is the beginning

Run up and down the stairs or jump on 1 spot, tho I know at your stage this could proove to be abit difficult
