Why did I do it??

Hi ladies,

Well I am about 7 days post ovulation and have been getting a whole load of symptoms (hopefully not psychosomatic lol!). But today I had the irresistible urge to POAS and just know. Of course I got a BFN, don't know what else I was expecting as it is far to early. But can't help but feel really disappointed and like I am actually not pregnant. I will test when AF due in about a week. But has anyone else done the same and felt completely rubbish!

Don't feel like that its too early so don't be dissapointed I know when you test too early and get a BFN it make you think your out this month but thats totally not right you have as much chance as you had if you hadn't tested so don't feel down feel happy that you could of done it this month and good luck xxxxx

Hi,
For the first ~10 months I was a total POAS addict too Pretty much as soon as I finished with the OPKs, it was out with HPTs! For me, I felt reassured that at least on that day, I knew there was no news. But everyone's different... some people may get down when they see the BFN, so it may be better waiting until AF is due.
My addiction is waning slightly now though... I'm now 6dpo and no urge to POAS yet! But now that I'm thinking about it.... lol!!

Thanks ladies. I have a hen do this afternoon so I am just going to try to forget it and gonna have fun! I know it is only my first cycle but we hope and pray right.xx
