I was in a car crash and want to know what you ladies think.

I pulled out onto a junction, i was turning right, a man in a car came off a slip road and was doing 65 in a 50 zone. He crashed into the side of my car. I was nearly on the other side of the road before he tried to stop. My car is gone, cant be used his has 6,000 worth of damage to it.

Who was in the wrong?

i would have thought if he was speeding that would automatically mean him but is there any proof of what speed he was actually doing?

if they can prove the speed he's doing, he's in the wrong! if he refuses to accept liability and they cant prove it tho, you might get the blame cos you were turning right! they should be able to prove the speed tho with all their technical stuff!

Can't they prove speed by the damage on the car these days?

Yeah they should def be able to prove speed by car damage, how hard it was hit, knowing the cars density etc etc x

hed be in the wrong for speeding but he could also argue the case that you pulled out in front of him to turn right but coz of the speeding if he was and theres proof ie police were called then youd win in court, ut he must of been doing more for your car to be gone and his having 6,000 pound worth of damage depending which end of your car he hit.

yup what the girls said. If there is proof that he was speeding then he was driving dangerously and its automatically his fault. Fingers crossed for you! Hope you werent hurt x
