White spot on nipple

I've just discovered a white spot on one of my nipples. It's near the centre and looks like a big whitehead. There's no pain, itchiness or discharge. Could it be a blocked milk duct? Should I just leave it alone?

I get them - they come and go I wouldn't worry and just leave it alone.

I have had these for YEARS!! Is it normal to have had them before pregnancy??! They don't bother me at all, but they are there, and since reading that you should get them when having a baby, I have been a bit confused as to why I had them before.

think i had them before not sure as ive only noticed during preg.
