Just saw on the news that someone's been murdered at Whipps Cross Hospital.......great, can't wait to give birth here now

Any other London ladies giving birth at this hospital? x

At least the maternity wards are all locked up nowadays and have security

maybe just avoid going for a nice relazing stroll round outside anytime your there eh :S

or using the vendors half way down the corridor

or getting lost

or parking

other than that i wouldnt be too worried

Hi

I have had all 4 of my babies at Whipps x, I found the maternity dept to be very good. You still have the long waits when you go in for an appointment, but actually when you go in to have your baby they are very good.

With my last daughter, who is 6 now, we had a few problems and she ended up in special care. I have to say the nurses were exceptional, they really looked after us both and I couldnt find fault at all.

I hope it goes as well for you as it has for me I wish I was having this baby at Whipps x, I miss London.
