    Hi everyone.

Since coming off the pill a year ago my cycles have been unpredictable, ranging from 40 days to 21 days in length.
    (33, 30, 34, 43, 21, 24, 40, 38, 24, 23, 39, 33 and 21 - to be exact!)

I am now seriously ttc, and had hoped things would have regulated by now.
I have started charting my temps etc since last month so I can see what is going on, but I am wondering if there is anything I could do or take to help things along. I would just like to know roughly when ov is going to happen each month!! (Assuming it is happening)

Has anyone tried anything that has worked for them?
I have seen agnus castus mentioned a few times on here - is that worth a go?

    Any advice greatly appreciated!!

    Thanks :)

    Hiya,

I'm trying Agnus Castus for the first time this month - so i'll let you know!
My cycles are settling down somewhat after I also came off the pill lat year, but they are still around 35 days now (which is ok compared to how they used to be!!!). However, since i've been charting, it's the short luteal phase that worries me, hence the agnus castus.

You could try Evening Primrose oil, or Vitamin B6 to see if they work first, and definately keep charting, and get some cheap OPK's off Ebay too.

    Good Luck! :|
