Aw that's a shame you feel so strongly about it. I totally get why you do, that's a lovely story! My BIL refused to let my sister pick the name she wanted for their son then gave in when he was born. Do you think your OH would? Jus explain to him how much the name means to you and say you won't bring it up again but you'd love for him to give it a lot of consideration. I hope you get your little Poppy! Xx

It's funny, as although Poppy May is our first name for a girl, it isn't either mine or hubby's first choice - I have my heart set on Kitty and he loves Chloe, so we've had to come up with a compromise!
