for the last year we havn't been receving bills for my mobile phone contract. well adam kicked off at the threating to cancel the contract because the only way we can find out about how much is due is to call and ask and about it being such a hassel etc... well they have just called back!

bear in mind im on the basic of basic contracts (no texts or mins - £17 ish line rental).. well adam managed to get:
200min a month
500text a month
3 months at £15 after £30
free itemised billing
3 months free insurance £6.95 after
18 month contract

then he asked if because we where signing a new contract, did that mean we where able to get a free upgrade...... they said we could get a nokia 6300 for £50. " ermmm didn't really want to pay for a new phone though." bloke then said he would give to us for free!!!

now im stuck - do i stick with old pinky:

seems alright to me. but i hate the 18month contracts.

but then again, ill never have another contract again, after no end of problems.
