but when my wonderful man James is away i dont like getting into my empty bed with our him to snuggle up too

I went to bed early-ish, but I am wide awake as I have a really sore throat and I can't breathe because my nose is bunged up

Having a hot lemon and honey drink and some paracetamol, hopefully be ready for some sleeps soon.

Me too, I was asleep at about 9pm then woke up when oh came to bed at 11ish and then back to sleep until 5am then asleep again until 6.30.
I am more of an early morning bod now, most days downstairs watching TV with the dog at 6am!!
Was soo knackered last night. Decided to order Tescos shopping now rather than try and do it myself from next week!!
