Where did the first month go?

My little man isn't a newborn any more - he's a baby with personality! And he's a right little porker and is getting some real chubby legs!! I've been trying to catch him smiling today, nearly got one! I've had to move him up from newborn to 0-3 clothes today as well!

How much does he weigh now? Isaac is still in some of his 0-3 clothes, mainly because most of his clothes are from Next and they seem to be generously sized.
