I started using it a week ago and have one of those sheet pads in my car now too! I feel like an incontinent old woman now!

I don't go out cos of SPD so will be bed and one on the sofa for me lol

You can get them in tesco they r called maternity matts I think on the shelf with the maternity pads

It's only cos I have a special mattress that cost nearly 500 quid lol don't wanna ruin it
