my period i mean, its been just over a month since i M/C but i only bled heavy for one day and very light for 3 - this was on the 11th January - i havent had a period yet but i am wanting a BFP so much its getting me down -

im awaiting AF, but ive read on other sites it can take anywhere from 4 weeks all the way till 10 weeks for a proper AF. I hope she stays away for you hun and you get a BFP, but if not i hope she hurrys up and arrives.

have you been ttc since m/c hun? if so maybe do a test to be on safe side if not give it another week or 2 and see if af turns up it can take a while after m/c before your body gets back to normal

If you've been trying then I'd say take a test, if not then sit tight as it can take a while for your body to regulate itself after m/c and start your periods again. I was lucky and conceived just 2 weeks after m/c but others still haven't had a period 8 weeks after. It really depends on your own body and how it recovers, at the end of the day it will happen when your good and ready. Hope you get BFP soon, good luck! x

hi hun yeah we started TTC straight away - i know they advise you to wait until your first period but i just didnt see the harm in carrying on how we were anyway. i suppose if i am pregnant i wouldnt have any symptoms or anything yet anyway because i would only be 2weeks or less, but yesterday got the AF type pains i got when i was pregnant last time, BUT wasnt sure whether it was AF coming, BUTx2 i only ever get AF pains when she is about 10 mins away!!

hi i would test hunfirst to be on the safe side if not a bfp its just a waiting game as when i had a misscarriage my af took about 2 months or more to come hope you get a bfp ar your af arrives soon

I am in the same boat...I had m/c 2 weeks ago and a D&C 1 week ago, and we want to start trying straight away too...as in tonight LOL! I am feeling better.

Thats what i thought and then i got a bfp so u never know hun!!

wow. im so glad you all feel like i do. i just want to be pregnant again. i dont want to wait. and i hear your most fertile right after. i M/c on the 19th but i know this is what we want. its really getting me down that my OPKs keep saying Neg. although i have watery and slightly stretchy Cm. it will only stretch like 1mm, but still, is this a good sign? x

im not sure hunny, sorry about your recent M/C, i would advise trying straight away (as long as you feel able to physically and mentally) because i got pregnant straight after!!! good luck darlin it will happen

Thankyou so much hunny. that made me feel so much better and i take comfort in knowing there are so many that fall pregnant straight after, me and OH have been BD everynight. my OPKs still saying Neg xxx
