you really need to do it with your first wee of the day to make sure it's accurate reading though. I only did mine later on in the day cos I'm so impatient (and TTC girls here forced me ) to do it there and then x

At least you use a proper one, I fashioned one out of a lid off a bottle of leather cleaner
