When to stop a milk feed?

Mia routine goes something like this-

8am- 7.5oz milk
8.30- Breakfast
12.00- 6.5oz milk
12.30- Lunch
4pm- 6oz milk
5pm- Tea
8pm- 7.5oz

What i want to know is now shes on 3 meals a day, should i be stopping one of her milk feeds, if not now when do i??

i would maybe replace the 12 milk with just a bigger lunch?

im not sure on Mias age though? ticker aint working.

Harley is 8 months and this has been his routine for 3 months

8am 9oz milk
10am breakfast
1.30pm lunch & juice
3pm 9oz bottle
5pm dinner
7pm 9oz bottle

soon i wil be stopping the 3pm milk

I am stuggling with this question too but have decided not to drop yet but let ellis decide.

I have changed to food first the milk at lunch time so he can take less milk if he wants. Worked quite well today cos he eat lots of food and only a few ounces of milk after.
