When does your baby kick?

Mine seems really really active when I'm lying down in the evening in bed, or when I first wake up in the morning.

When I'm at work at my desk I don't feel it so much. I'm only 20 weeks so I'm not too worried.

Do they have sleep times and play times? How often should you feel them move?

mine is usually when im led down, or after ive had something to eat or drink, and if im upset it usualyl kicks which cheers me up no end!


today when i was led down and eflt baby kicking i looked at by bare bump, and it moved!!! ive never been sooo happy, sounds sad but u ladies will know what i mean haha

Mines usually more active in the night. Don't feel much at all in the day till about 10pm.

mines more active at night when i sit down and go to bed,
but over the last week its been a lot more active in the day to.
when i go to bed i lie on my side and if i put my leg over in front of me it kick realy hard in the bladder as if to say that i must be putting pressure on it lol

Oliver seemed to move all the time! Now he is here he is still never still!! Oh, I want a moving bump again!

Do you still have to do kick charts? With DD I marked off each day until I felt 10 kicks as that was considered the norm (I think, with my ailing memory and all!)

I asked the MW about that as its in the back of my notes she said you only do them when you get to about 30 weeks and concerned that you dont feel it then she will go through it with you

My little one is active on and off all day now. It started off just in the morning, afternoon and evening but now, it is all the time! Don't think it ever sleeps.

My little guy has active days and quiet days!!!!!! Today he has been very active. There isnt a pattern he just kicks and wiggles around when he feels like it lol

all the time now lol but she does sleep from 11pm till around 7am

I lie on my back and watch the little movements
