When Does It Move Up?

Just wondering.. when does the baby move up so that you can feel it more in the middle of your belly that right at the bottom? I know that at 19 weeks it's only around 6 inches CRL but anyone out there that knows from experience and can remember when they seemed to "pop" and get a big bump and could feel the baby higher up?

I read somewhere that at 20 weeks your uterus is behind your belly button. I know the top of mine is about 1 inch below mine cause I can feel it - even with the extra padding.

I think my bump really started showing around 25 weeks. Gizmo is very active so was never kicking in one place for long (MWs had to chase across the belly to keep a track of the heartbeat cos of the movement ), but at 28 weeks that's when I noticed more movement (squirming now) up top as the room in there is getting less

Same here! I want it up off my bladder and so it doesn't feel so low anymore lol

I was amazed at the 20 week scan, the radiographer pointed just above my belly button to the left and said ' there are the feet' - I couldnt belive the baby was that high

Thanks for that, Makes a bit more sense as to why the sensations are here, there and everywhere sometimes!

I always feel him about 2 inches below my belly button and always on the left side for some reason?!

Dont you find below ure belly button ure stomach sticks out more because thats where the baby is at the moment? i cant wait for it to all even out

I still feel mine kicking right down low, just above my pubic bone and that's where we find the heartbeat aswell. It's gradually moving up..but at the scan on Thurs she was moving the scanner all over my belly.

I am 24 weeks and my baby kicks my ribs now and has done for about 2 weeks so you should feel it soon this is not my first baby not sure if this makes a difference.
