When did your LO's umbilical cord stump fall off?

Elexia was born 5 days ago and her umbilical cord stump has just come off. I dont think Adams come off until the 2nd or 3rd week so wasnt expecting it to happen so quick. It looks fine x x

My little man's stump fell off within the first week too. As long as it looks Ok and you continue to keep the would site, clean and dry it's all good

Charley's fell off on day 4, mw was suprised but said it was fine x.

Sophia's is almost off too, the hospital seemed surprised how quick it had dried up and I was only in hosp a couple of days. MW too said it was fine xxx

Tom's was Day 3 and he has a perfect belly button now. There seemed to be a big yellow hole when it came off (it was gross), but it healed after a day.

Kynon was also day 5 shocked me a bit thought it would be nearer day 10. I did panic a few days later when his belly button started bleeding though, midwife said just clean it and that was normal too!

Caleb's was day 10 and went straight to perfect bellybutton which I was really glad about because bellybuttons freak my out!

OH was really jealous because it came off when I was doing a very rare nappy change! Normally that's OHs domain so he was gutted to have missed it!
