When can I feed?

We went out to a wedding yesterday and got steaming!!! First time in a year so u can imagine! My pump is in the car at the wedding venue so I'm suffering with massive boobs! I hand expressed a bit but I need to express (but can't until I get the pump!) or feed lo, how long after drinking big time can I feed her or should I chuck all my milk today??? X

Hi twinkles!

I thought it was 12 hours after you finished and that is what I would go by if I'd had a session. One of the mw's at an antenatal class told us that if you do need to feed after drinking its not terrible just means baby will sleep and poop loads! Lol
