The tablets anit working they are changing them Monday.

Hi hun, sorry that you're going through this :( it's miserable isn't it!

I read a couple of days ago that combining dairy with carbs can help morning sickness, so since then I have been eating cheese and crackers and not a lot else! It does seem to stay down and makes me feel less queasy. The other thing is trying to eat really really often, even if it's something tiny. if all else fails, curl up on the sofa with a blanket and put a dvd on for your LO!

x x

The only thing I can stomach is water, ice pops and cheese and crackers. I agree I don't fancy eating at all, but the last 2 days I have felt slightly better for actually eating something, as not eating makes the sickness so much worse! Xx

I lived on cereal! Sugar puffs, porridge and rice crispies xx

Wholemeal toast with peanut butter is the only thing I want to eat really I force myself to have boiled eggs to! I also want to eat mcdonalds but I have only let myself
Once in ten weeks because i only have to look at it and gain a stone!
Peppermint tea helps to!

Hi! I am new to this forum, this is my first pregnancy and I am 9 weeks pregnant. I struggle to keep anything down and have lost alot of weight already! The only thing I can keep down is peanut butter and jam sandwiches with brown bread!! xx

I'm not actually vomiting but I feel nauseus all day. Salad cream and cucumber sandwiches settle my stomach. I keep mints with me too which help

How strange! I put it down to the vinegar in the salad cream and the cucumber being crunchy!

Sucking on lolly pops, ive got a sugar thing. Mars bars, coke, lemo all stuff i shouldnt have makes me feel better for about half an hr or so.
was really ill with apples and pears around5-8 weeks. would make me sick.

I've found a temporary solution, ginger ale! I don't like ginger beer much but a friend recommended the ale, like the small bottles you get in pubs. I got a couple of big bottles in the co-op. perhaps it's the combination of ginger and bubbles but it's brought me some relief :)
