there's not much you can really do hon - its more a genetic thing to do with the way that we store fat, than anything else. that's why even really really skinny people get it (and my friend who's a size 18 hasn't got any at all).
you can reduce its appearance a bit by body brushing, applying lots of cream (that's got more to do with the massaging in of the cream than the actual cream itself) and a bit of a tan - fake or otherwise - goes a long way to making it look better. eating strawberries is also supposed to help - something to do with an enzyme in strawbs that helps to break down the fatty tissue
i don't understand why we women have to give each other a hard time over having it (all the papped shots of celebs in magazines etc) when blokes don't even notice it anyway!!
Apart from what purple said - excersising, excersising and excersising! Running, fast walking, stepping, biking. It will burn fatty tissue and by building up muscles you will get skin firmer, which will reduce appearance.
Read an interview once with the marathon runner Paula Radcliffe and she says even she has got cellulite! But I agree that exercise and massage is probably the best way to reduce it's appearance, not that I've managed to get round to doing anything about mine Hope you manage to reduce yours
Thank's girls. It's not too bad, I will be able to live with it, my mum says it's barely visable but to me it's right in my face. I suppose there's more important things in life than having nice legs
