lol buy gold i like the sound of that, i spotted someones ISA thread and thats what made me think to ask you guys, your all so cash saavy but iv briefly looked at ISA's and theres soo many diff types !!!

I also want to sort an isa, Barclays had the best on a few weeks ago... not sure now.

The money saving expert site has all the best info for this.

OH who works as a programmer for a financial service company (stocks) says........................if you are not going to need it for a long time, get a share isa. If you might need instant access to it, get a cash isa. Either way you should be able to get a free hours consultation with a financial advisor. Find a local one on the net

thanks guys hes been looking at one with alliance and leceister now at 6.5% think its a cash isa but he wants to sort of nestle this away and forget about it so il have a look at the other sort now and check barclays
