What's happening???

Throughout the night I've been getting period type pain, worse and for longer than usual and when I woke up this morning and used the toliet I noticed a tiny amount of blood. Each time I've used the toliet seems to be more and more. The period pain seems more in my back than my belly.

What's going on?! xx

Is the blood coming out with a snotty like substance? Could be your plug? If you're concerned hun, I'd call hospital and they'll be able to give you proper advice

Sounds like its starting ide call labour ward as there is blood loss. That's how it started with me. Back ache and red blood/ plug x x

Defo call them! I had blood and period pains when in labour with both my two!

sounds like it could be the start hun. I had period type pains in my back for a day and then my back waters started trickling. 24 hours later i was holding my daughter.

Like the other ladies said as there is blood i would ring the labor ward just to make sure you are ok.

I just called labour ward and they are going to call the Midwife and hopefully get her to come check on me. She said it sounds like I've had my show but can't tell over the phone.
Arghhh pains are horrible my back is so sore, I'm such a wuss

angel it really sounds like ur in labour to me early one witch could go on for days, have a nice warm bath and get lots of rest xxx

She's 39 weeks nadine, so hopefully this is the start!!!

Have you taken paracetamol angel? I agree with Abbie, rest up! Hope the midwife comes out soon! Good luck and if you can, keep us posted!

OMG I'M IN LABOUR!! Midwife came round and examined me, I'm 3cm already. She said I could have a baby before midnight tonight! Gosh I can't believe this is happening! Gonna stay at home for a bit longer and eat some food as I haven't eaten yet!
