What were your first symptoms?

Hello from the TTC side! Wondering if you ladies could help me in symptom spotting by answering this poll.

Would also be cool to know when your first symptoms started, so please feel free to comment!

The first symptoms I remember with my son were sensitive nipples, they were constantly cold. The day I tested I had morning sickness. I wasn't tracking though as I wasn't TTC at the time so it will be interesting this time around what symptoms I spot first.

This was also 10 years ago - so I may not remember properly anyway.

my first, feeling dizzy at about 6 weeks
my second, feeling sick at 4 weeks
my 3rd, feeling sick at 6 weeks

all 3 were 'surprises'...........wasnt aware of how many DPO etc..(ironically, as i had 3 years of TTC and failing between child 1 and 2..!)

Definitely sensitive nipples from before my period was due. I also kept waking up in the early hours of the morning, which I’m sure is a symptom as I still get it now at 11 weeks! Again, that started before my missed period. I was also very bloated before my BFP. That TWW is so hard though because for many people those would also be symptoms of impending period xx

I cried because there were no bin bags in the bin and had some very strange dreams that I then hysterically laughed at in the shower for a good few days!

Didn’t think too much of them as wasn’t really thinking about testing until I’d missed my period, but it all made sense afterwards!

First symptom with both dd was fighting a little cold for about a fortnight and suddenly being hit full force with it way worse than normal. Happened exactly the same again with this one and that made me test. Apparently your immune system dips after conception. Id swear on this despite what anyone says as it was so unlike me both times.

Also I tracked cm etc ttc my 2nd. So lots of creamy cm where I'd usually have absolutely nothing just before starting my period. So was completely different to my normal xx

First symptoms was nausea and bad sickness but we thought I’d picked up a virus so rode it out for over a week nothing changed then my breast were sore and very tender so thought was my period coming still felt awful after a few more days nothing I’m proved so spoke with my mum who said with it being winter ( I have a crap immune system anyway) I could have picked up something else and if no better in another few days to go Doctors by this point I was so drained of energy the sickness was awful was breast tenderness was terrible and I was knackered, I did a random pregnancy test not that I thought I was pregnant but Just rule it out and that was it 2 blue lines and a big shock to the system... went Doctors for them to tell me I was about 7weeks pregnant!

with DD in had nothing until my missed period. nipple tenderness and nausea started at 5/6 weeks

this time again nothing really. I went on a big hike at 5dpo and felt out of breath which isn't like me and felt a bit heavy in my womb area but once I was home and rested I was fine. I just knew second time

I got dizzy twice in the 2ww and once almost fainted. Never happened to me before x

I was traveling back from a holiday and felt super sick - I thought I had travel sickness from the cab ride. Then when I got to the airport I had 4 toilet trips in the space of an hour and cramping on one side. As soon as we got home I took a test and got a strong positive ... that was 10dpo. So my symptoms hit strong and hard straight away!

I was really tired, and quite clingy with my husband. My dog also suddenly became very protective of me and wouldn't leave my side - he is normally quite aloof! That was about a week before my bfp. I also had a little implantation bleeding x

My first symptoms were waking up in the early hours feeling really hot and just not right, then I felt hung over for a few days before I got my bpf and then the nausea really set in, although I was never sick.

With dd had cramps but I had only mcd the month before so didn't think anything of it, then finally gave in and tested. Positive lol 13/14dpo.
With this one I just felt off, something wasn't right, first 2 teats were negative. Third was positive I think I was 10/11dpo.

With my first pregnancy (mc) my boob's got really big and sore and I was 'in the mood' all the time aha. Period never showed tested about a week after period was due.
With the rest of my mcs I never had time for symptoms beacaue I always tested from 8dpo aha

My boobs where aching non stop from my OV date. Once I started to see veins I know the bfp was coming

I had dizziness between 2dpo and 4dpo. At the time I put it down to a viral infection. Normally after ov, my boobs hurt all the way till AF arrives, but this time I had no soreness at all for a week and then it was just my nipple area. At 10dpo, I had a bit of pink when I wiped and awful cramps which lasted 30 mins which I guess was implantation. At 9dpo, I was totally starving and had eaten my dinner by 8am when I was at work. I tested 12dpo and got a BFP.
