Just when I was thinking that I could get away with slouchy style maternity clothes I now have to think about an outfit for a wedding in June.. Thought I would ask you third tri ladies too as I will be almost 31 weeks by then..... yikes.... I will be so HUGE

Any ideas where I can get a nice, relatively inexpensive [as I will only wear it for the one day!] and comfy outfit.. dress or skirt and top etc... ??

I have checked Next online and directory and nothing screams out at me...

Thanks everso xxx

Have you had a look at Dorothy Perkins range they have some nice linen trousers in at min, with it being summer soon. :D
It's the only place where I can think for comfy clothes.

I would recommend having a look on ebay. I got some really nice matty clothes off there for the summer. Or Dorothy Perkins as said. H&M have nice stuff too!

I had to go to a wedding when I was 28 weeks and got a nice outfit from mamas and papas... maybe worth a look.

I had to find a dress for my own wedding at 28 weeks! Now that was a nightmare. I agree with the Dorothy Perkins suggetion. There really good in there.

I am going to a christening next weekend and have bought some white linen trousers from next and a black top from Dorothy Perkins - I have bought some accessories to jazz the outfit up a bit, just have to hope that it doesn't rain now!!!!!

Red Herring now do maternity range in Debenhams, they have some of the wrap over dresses in there, they just didn't fit my bump very well but you may be luckier.

Good Luck and let us know what you decide on....

Went to my cousin's little boys christening today and wore my new outfit. Was a bit worried this morning when I woke up as it was a bit dull and I was wearing white linen trousers but the weather held off and I felt really nice, the accessories really made the outfit! Saying that nobody told me I looked nice, apart from my mum!! My uncle said you've put on a bit of weight since I last saw you - insensitive sod  going to Dh cousin's little boys christening next week so will wear the same outfit again

after having a disaster with my one and only good dress... i've decided to buy from isabella oliver! i've spent 3 days travelling 50 miles either side of home looking for a nice dress that will do a christening and wedding... i want something that will look classy for a church christening but glamourous enough for an all day wedding... i give up!!!! tried on hundreds of dress... i'm thinking of going for a boob tube wrap top and frill skirt (black and white) from Isabella Oliver...

what do you think?
