What to do about milk now lo nearly 1?

As above really. My MIL says I should now be moving to cows milk? Do I not need to feed formula now? also how much should I be giving? can I leave out lunch time bottle now? I'm confused!

You can give whole cows milk (blue lid) at 1 years. You could drop the lunch bottle and just give one in the morning and evening, but it depends how well your little one eats at meal times etc.

Yep cows milk from1 year - my LO has about 15oz a day - 5oz with or after each meal. He eats really well and goes through fazes - sometimes he'll drink lots of milk and other times wont drink much but still eats well. Hope this helps
