What suits best

My OH and I (after I've married him) have a pain in the backside surname King. Now we have chosen the middle names and have come up with 2 first names we actually both agree on and like.

The middle names are Susan Lily

The first names we have are Brianna and Athena.

So it would be a choice of either:-

Athena susan lily King or Brianna susan lily King.

I would like you lovely ladies to help choose which sounds best for our little girl.

I loved brianna for our girl. If it wasn't for inlaws being called Ann and Brian we would have had it. So...brianna Xx

I love Athena. I think it's a beautiful name.

I think Brianna is too "American"

I love both, but my votes for Athena, my eldest boy (14) was really pushing us to use it for a girl when we had my son two years ago, he was really into percy jackson books then and so when we asked them to come up with names, Athena was his choice.. by the time I had my son, it had really grown on me, Ive never heard anyone else mention it as a name before - so yayyyy

Brianna is lovely too, my daughter is Briony, so again i'm biased!

Both work very well with King as there longer sylable names, we have the same thing with Jones! very short girls names don't work eg Drew!
