What size birthing ball?

I've been thinking about my birthing ball as came across the other day. I only got a cheap argos one last time and it was very uncomfortable, I think this was because it was too small lol!

I've been looking online and different sites recommend different heights for me.

I'm 5ft 8 inches, some say 65cm and others 75cm, can anyone help please

What size did you use and how tall are you?

My NCT class lady says anyone over 5'8 should be using a 75 xx

Edit: and as a rule of thumb when you sit on it your knees should be below your hips xx

I'm 5'1 and using a 65cm Id say you need a 75cm

Have decided to go for a 75 cm one thanks ladies.

I don't know where we got ours from but it's by Paul chek calked dura-ball pro and it's really sturdy like one you'd find in a gym or hospital xx
