What is this stomach ache??

So baby is nearly 6 weeks old.
The week after delivery I had awful after pains but mainly when bf.
Now I find that I have a niggling stomach ache on and off and particularly after eating or when baby cries???? I have it slightly when bf too.
It's not agonising, it's very on and off and doesn't last longer than say half an hour.
I don't have any other symptoms, it doesn't feel like af pain. Sometimes it's just above my belly button, sometimes it's to the right and above the hip bone.
I'm having night sweats but don't generally have a temp.
My loss is now yellowy coloured but doesn't smell.
Also, but probably unrelated, I lost the urge to pee following delivery. I remind myself to wee every couple of hours. Mw said this isnt unusual and should return.
I also have back pain at the site of epidural, again probably unrelated.
Any ideas?? Xx

Can't help with any other bit other than I also lost the urge to pee and I would realise at 9 pm that I hadn't been since 7am that morning!! The sensation has just Bout returned now xx

Thanks hun, that happened to me a few weeks back, that's when I realised I'd lost the urge. I went to pee in the morning as the usual routine then in bed that night I realised I hadn't been all day!! Didn't even need to. The strange thing is that because I'm bf I'm always thirsty and drink loads! It's very strange x

I'd say the stomach ache is still your uterus contracting back into shape. May take a bit longer having previously carried twins? X

I hope it is that, I've been googling and worried myself
I did have diarrhoea yesterday but this ache seems to be unrelated, that must have just been a bit of an upset tummy.
I also had that nasty vomiting bug but that was 2 weeks ago now x

I think we may just get a bit run down maybe. I had the trots for 2 weeks after delivery then last week I had sickness bug one day and trots again a few days later. Xx

I've not been eating well, I've been cooped up and obviously not sleeping well. I hope it is just that and nothing more sinister x

I'm sure you'll be fine, you must try and eat and maybe a little fresh air would do you good xx

I was going to say exactly that. Particularly as it happens when LO cries.

I also used to get it when I bf T xx
