I was sat with Seb on my knee last night and was stroking his hair back. As I moved my hand round the back of his head I felt a sort of dent, feels a bit like the soft spot but at the back , does anyone else's LO have this and is it normal??? I cant remember Josh having this. Have tried calling HV but bloody answer machine as usual. any ideas? He isnt ill and really well in himself.

Babies have more than 1 soft spot. The biggest one being on top of the head but they also have a few smaller ones in other places. Not exactly sure where or what they are called but I think they close up a lot earlier.

yes they do have a soft spot at the back of the head too although this 1 should close over anytime now xxxxxxxx

I must sound dumb but never knew they had more than one spot. Glad its normal though
