what formula and why?

hey guys out of interest what formula have/are you using and what have you used and dissmissed and why?

I voted Aptamil coz I'd had it recommended by 2 pals and Mhairi's poo didn't change much between boob and bottle!

hipp organic or cow and gate, but prefer hipp but not as easy to buy.

i tried sma and alana got constipated on it,

Changed from another milk to Aptamil. True - nappies are almost the same. Was often constipated with other milk but never with this one.

used it twice so far to get a good nights sleep and she s been fine with it.

When Keeley was newborn i used sma gold but that made her constipated so i tried Cow&Gate and have used that ever since i'm still giving her the Cow&Gate growing up milk

i didnt start formula til 5 months and still only really use it for porridge or when i leave melissa with someone else- can i still answer?

i use sma, just because i knew nothing about formula and its the only one iv seen an advertisement on tv for!

reason i asked is because i bought some hipp organic today.. and i noticed how expensive the other brands were.. aptimil is 8 quid sma and cow and gate 7 quid farleys and hipp organic 5.. so we went with hipp organic even though charlotte had cow and gate, cant believe cow and gates gone up in price almost 2 quid in 4 years! shocking!!

Brooke was fed on SMA becuse thats what my mum fed us on, i was advised to change her to aptamil as she was prem and always seemed hungry but this made her really sicky so i switched her bk to SMA she was always fine with it!

I fed Olivia on Farleys because it was one of the cheapest to buy We had no problems with that either

Same Here. Was On SMA Gold But Found It Awful,Switched To Aptimil Which Made Her Sickly So Switched Again To Cow & Gate Premium and Have Been Fantastic Ever Since!

we are using cow and gate good night miljk atm as emma was waking in the night hungry so thought we would give it a try weve always used cow and gate and now we also use actual cows milk too

I used SMA purely because my Mum said that she used it for all of her children. I never had any problems with it.
