What does LO & MMC mean??

I should really know this by now, after nearly a year on the forum.

I know LO is something to do with "my child" but what does the actual LO stand for. & I know MMC is miscarriage, but why not just MC?

LO is little one and MMC isa missed miscarriage xx

Is a missed miscarriage different to a miscarriage??

basically a missed miscarriage is normally where you dont get symptoms of losing the baby...ie you'll go for the 12 week scan and get told that baby stopped growing weeks before sooo sad but hence the 'missed' bit as your body misses that its stopped growing xx
