what does all of this financial crisis mean to us??

For us it means that our savings that were a decent deposit non a house are as much use as tits on a fish, and that my husband has to stay in a jobs we both hate just so we have somewhere to live.

In simple terms the whole problem is due to the way banks have been lending money to each other......its all very complicated, but its appalling when you read about it, and then read about the huge million pound bonuses that were paid to the people who caused the problems in the first place!

With regards to printing more money - thats exactly what the government does - its called inflation - the more money they print, the less the money we all have is worth, and on top of that the cost of living increases!
