What do you do on your Wii Fit?

I've just started using mine again after a couple months of it collecting cobwebs :oops:

I know quite a few of you have them, so what do you do on them? Do you have a sequence you do regularly?

I've been doing this if I've got time, which takes just under an hour, I'm hoping to keep the motivation to do it at least 3 times a week!..

basic step
advanced step
super hula
3 min basic rhythm boxing
advanced ryhthm boxing (5 min?) twice
advanced step again
with basic step to finish

After this I feel like I've been exercising, but then I'm obese according to my BMI! :shock:

Does anyone bother with the balance games? I haven't been as I don't feel they do much and my time is limited.
I guess I should be doing some yoga and muscle stuff too.

What do the rest of you do?
 
I pretty much do what you do, if i am short of time i make sure i do the full boxing one coz that really makes me sweat so i feel like i have had a workout. I do some of the yoga and balance games but only as a warm up more than anything as i have a back injury from a car accident so need to loosen my back up or i am in agony.
 
I used my wii fit religiously everyday before we left Budapest and i did feel the benefit. I need to start using it again because right now i feel flabby, unfit and crap.

I used to do the entire yoga program and then alternate between the step, hula hooping and running. every third day i would do the other exercise program instead of the yoga. I unlocked everything on the game within a week of having it so i had plenty to choose from.
 
The sounds really good i think im going to have to get one if i can find one under £100 !
 
ive been really crap with mine.. i need to unlock boxing!!! i need to shape up lol...its hard with both kids here though,... gonna try and do it tmro when tedder has a nap ive puit on 6lb in 3 weeks.. fat cow... im dead stuffed up tho.. need to have a good clearout :oops:
 
My little cousin got one for christmas. been playing it everyday since.
All we basically do is the baalnce games, if I was using it to exercise id do the yoga and stuff.
That hula hoping wares me out so much though :lol:

I've put on 8lb in one week! You are angelic in comparison! :rotfl:
 
I do 30 mins of aerobics ie jogging, step, boxing and hoop.
Then 10-15 mins of yoga and muscle and then I always end with a few balance games for fun. I love the footie one! OH cannot beat me :lol:
 
i do all of the stuff on wii fit. i do the entire yoga program then the entire muscle promgram. then i move onto the areobics. ie unlocked boxing hooping and running. i luurrvve wii fit!
 
I did an hour and 20mins of step, boxing and hula earlier today.

I love the boxing, I've just got the hang of the super advanced level :D
 
I just sit and look at mine :lol:

I'll start using it again sometime soon, I'm sure :fib:

Not been able to go on it yet today as OH has been playing on the ps3 :x

I've been sitting and looking at ours for days and i still havent lost any weight!!!! Its bloody crap! :lol:
 
I do pretty much the same as the rest of you on mine.

I am rubbish at the balance one though especially the heading one.

I usually do aerobics for 30 mins, then Yoga and end with balance games.

I haven't even tried the Muscle workout yet.

Omg thats good - i bet your contract is pricy lol!

Id love one i cant afford it, i might see if mil catalogue does them as I really do want one and the wii fit.
 
i brought my wii fit on boxing day. www.hmv.com = £69.99 with free delivery (pretty reasonable i thought as it shot up in price so much over xmas).

since newyear i have doone at last 45mins everyday. (im trying to keep it up)
i usully do:
- advanced step (twice) = 10mins
- free step = 10mins
advanced hula (6mins) ... whihc Fricking kills me legs, afterwards they feel like jelly. does anyone else?
Running (not not too keen)
super advanced boxing (10mins)

then usually more hula hoping, boxing and step... i dont really do the balence games, apart from the ball one.
and do a few muscle ones but i dont find them very fun, evern though i need to do them!lol tone up the old mummy tummy!

my favourites are the advanced step, Hula and boxing!

i done some yoga the other day...the cobra pose... well i have been suffering ever since, i must have done something seriously wrong, becuase all around by ribs and breast done is killing me everytime i sneeze/cough, have sex... haha it cripples me!!!!!!!!!!

haha... soooooooooooooooo un fit!!!!
