I've just started using mine again after a couple months of it collecting cobwebs
I know quite a few of you have them, so what do you do on them? Do you have a sequence you do regularly?
I've been doing this if I've got time, which takes just under an hour, I'm hoping to keep the motivation to do it at least 3 times a week!..
basic step
advanced step
super hula
3 min basic rhythm boxing
advanced ryhthm boxing (5 min?) twice
advanced step again
with basic step to finish
After this I feel like I've been exercising, but then I'm obese according to my BMI!
Does anyone bother with the balance games? I haven't been as I don't feel they do much and my time is limited.
I guess I should be doing some yoga and muscle stuff too.
What do the rest of you do?
