on a nightime to keep LO warm? I always worry about whether he's too hot or too cold, my room always kept at around 18-19 degrees on a night, i let him wear vest and long sleeve bodysuit, i put a fleecey blanket doubled over. is that enough?

I always wonder if Jake id warm enough or If Im covering him too much!

Now its colder he is in his vest, body suit, grobag (1 tog) and 1 fleecy blankey and one wool blanket. Oh, and a pair of wooly mittens as his hands are like blocks of ice in the morning otherwise.

Do you have your heating on at night? we have ours on twice a day from last winter when we were both working, to come on in the morning before we wake and again when we get hom from work. Its not too cold in the day yet but do you think we should put it on low at night now?

i don't have it on during night cos it gets hot really quickly in my house, i usually put it on for a couple of hours during day to keep it warm over night. when it starts getting colder though I'll prob put on timer o come on for 2 hours during the night. I normally turn the radiator off in bedroom though cos the heat from rest of house warms that up if you know what i mean. so confusing isn't it :?

Keeley's room is usually 23-24 so she goes to bed at 6.30 she wears pj's with no bodysuit
then when i go to bed i put a blanket on her as the temp goes down to 19

I don't have the heating on at night... as i live in a flat and we get everyone else's heating

Jake's room is about 20-21 at the moment so he wears a babygro and a 1 tog grobag. I would imagine that Jack would be warm enough at night with a vest, babygro and a doubled over fleecey blanket. Just feel the back of his neck before you go to bed to see if his temperature is ok and if not you can always add or take away a layer. It might be a good idea to get a grobag as they come with what to wear for what temperature advice leaflets.

Hi

I put Kadyn in a sleeper with just a long sleeve onsie underneath.
im nervus about putting blankets on him incase it goes oevr his head hes such a squirmer. We just got our heat fixed yesterday our house was freezing but Kadyn always ends up in bed with us the first time he wakes in teh wee hours so we keep him warm. :)
